Xu Media Online Policies

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

The purchase price and any applicable sales tax of the product will be refunded upon return of the item to Xu Media. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns are accepted for the following reasons up to 30 days from date of purchase:

1. Software is incompatible with customer's equipment or does not function properly.
2. Customer is dissatisfied with artistic, technical, or factual quality of the product.
3. Customer does not agree with liability disclaimer or software license agreement listed on product package envelope:

By opening this envelope, you signify your agreement to the terms stated below.

1. This software is the property & product of the publisher, Xu Media. All rights are reserved. The purchaser (end user) is allowed to display, print, or use this software for his/her private use only. No transmission or duplication of any part of this software or data included on this media is allowed without the written permission of the publisher. All images, sounds and text are property of the publisher unless otherwise stated. U.S. copyright law protects all material on this CD. Infringement of copyright law will be prosecuted.

2. This product is warranted 30 days from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Please return it for replacement within that time if such defects are discovered to the address listed above.

3. This software displays techniques that are potentially harmful to you & others. The Xu Media & Chong's Wing Chun Kung Fu does not accept any responsibility or liability for injury you might cause yourself and others practicing techniques seen on this program. You must use your own judgment & caution in performing any physical activity. Check with your doctor before performing any new physical activity.

4. Viewing this material does not make you proficient in a martial art and the content of this media makes no claims to guaranty your safety or self-defense.

Shipping costs are not refunded. Merchandise is warranted 30 days from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. The customer has a choice of replacement or refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The customer has the right to cancel their order prior to shipping with no penalty. The customer may refuse delivery of shipped product with no penalty except that shipping charges cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped First Class United States Postal Service.

PAYMENT METHODS

All payments must be in US funds. Acceptable forms of payment include: Money orders, single party personal cheques, and Visa/Mastercard. Cash is accepted but not recommended to send through the postal service. Product is shipped after payment confirmation is received. This includes personal cheques that have cleared, or Visa/Mastercard transaction confirmation from our secure server.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

Xu Media strives for the highest level of customer satisfaction. It is our goal to encourage repeat business for our products. We do this with the following methods:

1. Produce unique products that are exceptional educational values.
2. Produce a product that you can actually learn from.
3. Strive for high production values in our media.
4. Treat our customers as we would like to be treated while shopping.
5. Refund customers their purchase price if they are dissatisfied with our products.

All customer inquiries whether phone, email, or snail mail will be replied to within 24 hours of receipt.

PRIVACY POLICY

The purpose of this website is to educate the public about Xu Media products and promote their authors and related work. No information is gathered about visitors. No information about visitors is used for any covert means. All correspondence with Xu Media is kept confidential.
